KIDZNOTES PERFORMANCE INQUIRY FORM
We're excited about bringing our students to perform for your community! Please complete this preliminary form so that we have a better idea of the event you're hosting. A portion of the proceeds collected from student performances contribute to the Kidznotes Legacy Scholarship Fund. Costs associated with presenting community performances include teaching artist/chaperone fees, travel & mileage, and meal provision for our students. Typical honorarium amounts:
starting at $500 for Trio (3 string players)
$750 - $1500 for Quartet (2 violins, viola, cello)
$2000 - $2500 for Chamber Ensemble (up to Octet - 4 violins, 2 violas, 2 cellos + conductor)
