Odalis Larios Manjarrez

Odalis Larios Manjarrez is a classically trained vocalist whose musical journey began in childhood through singing and performing in her church and school communities. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Meredith College and completed a Performance Certificate, further strengthening her passion for music education and performance.

Odalis joined Kidznotes in the fall of 2017 as a volunteer in a beginner Mozart class. Since then, she has grown alongside the organization, officially joining the staff in 2020 as a Program Assistant. Her dedication and leadership have led her through several roles, including General Music Teacher, Lead Teacher, and ultimately Program Manager.

As a Durham native, Odalis is deeply committed to the transformative power of music education and its ability to foster youth development, confidence, and community engagement. She is passionate about creating meaningful musical experiences that empower young people to discover their potential both inside and outside the classroom.
