Remona Callair-Simmons joined Kidznotes in the Summer of 2026. She is an accomplished finance and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit and corporate financial management. She has held progressive leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance and Administration, Director of Finance, and Director of Accounting, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, financial operations, human resources, compliance, and strategic planning.

Remona is recognized for her expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, internal controls, and process improvement, with a proven record of twelve consecutive no-findings financial statement audits. She holds a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of South Carolina Aiken and has completed leadership development programs through the Center for Creative Leadership.

In her time outside of work, Remona sings with the Praise Team at her Church and enjoys sports, spending time with her husband and grandchild.
