Rosendo Peña Suarez

Rosendo teaches all levels of Percussion, Mozart and K-1 classes with Kidznotes. He was born in Valera Estado Trujillo and began his musical studies in San Cristobal Estado Tachira in 1990. He continued his studies at the core of the Tachira Symphony Orchestra and studied music at the Instituto universitario de estudios Musicales IUDEM, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree at the Longy School of music of Bard College. Rosendo has played with several musical groups in Venezuela, like percussion ensembles, jazz bands, rock, fusion, symphonic orchestras, and symphonic bands. He has played with Chapel Hill Philharmonia, North Carolina Brass, and the Dance Company of Duke University. This will be his 10th year with Kidznotes!
